Brownie muffins!

Oh, let's indulge!



This is the simplest cake in the world and oh so yummy! I guess it is the butter that makes it rather gooey and also the lack of raising agent helps keep it rather dense:

Stir 2 eggs and 3 dl sugar
with
100 gram of melted butter,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon vanilasugar,
1,5 dl flour,
4 tablespoons of cocoa

Pour in to muffin cups or a larger form
175 degrees for about 15-20 mins (check)

In my opinion there is no need for a topping on this cake!
